  1. Ground meat is cooked if the temperature is at 155 degrees for 15 seconds.
  2. Chicken is ready to eat if the temperature is at 165 degrees for 15 seconds.
  3. Seafood is fit for the dinner table if the temperature is at 145 degrees for 15 seconds.
